How many vendors will
there be?
We usually have 40-50 vendors.
How many visitors do you
expect?
This weekend looks to be a busy one
and the Westin is fully booked. It's an American long weekend,
and there is also a conference with 150 Dentists and their
spouses in town.
So we expect 500 to 800
people coming through the Fair.
(Naturally, weather can play
a large role in indoor events in Whistler!)
What kind of marketing will there be?

We also run print ads, poster the Sea-To-Sky

Yes. All cheques should be made out to

Can I get a receipt?
Yes. A receipt will be sent by email as
soon as your payment has cleared.
If I have to cancel can
I get a refund?
ONCE SPACE HAS BEEN BOOKED ANY CANCELLATION
MUST BE IN WRITING. IF SPACE IS CANCELLED
BEFORE APRIL 29, 2010
REFUND LESS $50.00 ADMINISTRATION FEE WILL BE GRANTED.
AFTER APRIL 29,
2010 NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE.
Do I get a booth or a table?
Each space comes with a table and 2
chairs. Many people
bring their own background display.
How big are the tables?
Tables
are approx. 72” X 30” and will be covered with a white linen
tablecloth.
Do I need insurance?
General insurance is
covered in the vendor fee this year. Many vendors also
prefer to have their own event and liability insurance.
Can I get exclusivity
for my product line?
Exclusivity is available on all tables to
the first vendor who clearly requests it for their product
line and has met all other requirements (i.e. payment has
cleared and insurance has been verified.)

long does it take to drive to Whistler?
It's about
90 minutes north of Vancouver.
What accommodations are available?
There are many special rates available in the hotels at this
time of year. You might also want
to consider owner-direct rentals through
ResortAc.com.
*If you're looking for a quiet place,
you might avoid booking anything in the heart of the village
as it can be very noisy when the clubs close. (Ask them where
they are located.)

When will we be able to set up?
Friday, May 28 from
7-9pm
Saturday, May 29
anytime after 9am. *On Saturday please be set up and
ready to go by 10:30am.
* Nothing is to be attached to the walls. It must be
free standing, or you can drape something over the front of
your table.
Where is the loading
bay to the Westin Resort & Spa?
Just past the main vehicle
entrance to the hotel. (On your left heading back towards
the highway.) *Please unload and move your vehicle as soon
as possible to make room for others.
Where can I park?
- There is pay parking available under the hotel for
$4/hr.
- Free parking is available a
10-minute
walk from the Conference Centre in the Day Skier Lots #4 &
#5 at the
end of Village Gate Boulevard.

SPEAKER ROOM
-Located in the Nordic Room (Level 2, across from the
Alpine Conference Rooms.)
-Signs will be posted with speakers and times listed.
-Speakers will be announced during the fair.
-Talks/demos begin on the hour and must finish at quarter
to the hour.
*Please be considerate of the next speaker and finish on
time (quarter-to) to allow for changeover.
Is
Wireless Internet available?
Yes,
wireless internet is available for approx $15 through the
hotel. You pay online when you get there, or they can do
this for you at the front desk.
